DGTooL Training
The training DGTooL was developed as a practical translation into digital behavior change. While the book primarily provides insight, the training focuses on developing new routines that structurally protect adolescents from digital pressure. The training is delivered entirely online and is self-guided. No apps. No notifications.

The training clarifies how platform design strategies interact with the brain and how this influences daily functioning at home. Through focused assignments and practical tools, parents and adolescents learn to recognize patterns and analyze habits. Another goal is to create consciousness, which in turn will lead to making healthy decisions regarding the use of digital technology.
There are 14 modules, which can be taken individually. The modules are supported by the Home Toolkit. This toolkit includes practical reference lists like:
Friction points – descriptions of the most common tensions around screen use in families, including possible solutions.
Toolkit for better digital balance – practical device settings and examples of new routines
